Delivery conditions

Delivery terms:

The Buyer has the right to receive the goods at the seller's shop at Mahtra tee 50A Tallinn by prior arrangement, after the Buyer receives a notification from the Seller's representative about the arrival of the goods at the office.

At the request of the Buyer, delivery can be made through a courier. In this case, the shipping cost will be added to the amount to be paid.

The buyer, who has chosen the service for the delivery of goods, undertakes to indicate the exact address of delivery of the goods.

In Europe, the price depends on the address and the size of the goods! And agreed in advance with the buyer!

Delivery is made after payment by the client!
The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that he himself cannot accept the goods, and the goods are delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller about the delivery of goods to an unsuitable subject;

The seller reserves the right to change the cost of delivery of goods.

NB! Before signing the delivery to the courier, I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the packaging of the goods. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the courier must be notified immediately. Visible damage must be immediately recorded in the presence of the courier (a free-form statement that describes the existing damage or missing parts, if possible, attach a photo). We reserve the right not to accept later claims.

The Seller shall not be liable for any possible delay in the delivery of the goods and for any resulting damage.

Goods delivery time:

  • 2-4 days if the goods are in the warehouse of the store;
  • 4-6 weeks if the goods need to be ordered from the manufacturer.

NB! In case the delivery falls on long public holidays - the delivery time can be increased by 5-10 business days!
