Terms and conditions of sale in the online store KARE Tallinn

1. General Provisions

1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter Terms) apply to the legal relationship arising between the customer (hereinafter the Buyer) of the kare.ee online store (hereinafter kare.ee) and the owner of kare.ee, KARE Tallinn OÜ (hereinafter the Seller), when buying a product at kare.ee. These conditions establish the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer, responsibility, conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for delivery and filing complaints, and also contain general information about the services offered by the Seller.

1.2 The seller reserves the right to make changes or additions to these conditions without notice. Changes are announced on the karedesign.ee website and come into force from the moment they are published on the kare.ee website. In the case of placing an order prior to the entry into force of changes to the conditions of purchase, the conditions that were valid at the time of placing the order shall apply to the transaction, unless otherwise determined by law or these Conditions.

1.3 The Seller is not liable for damage resulting from the Buyer's failure to read these Terms.

1.4 The legal relations arising from the purchase of goods in the kare.ee online store are regulated, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, by the legislation in force in the territory of the Republic of Estonia.


2. Customer data and data protection

2.1 The personal data provided by the Buyer to the Seller is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Law. Data can be transferred to third parties only with the consent of the Buyer or in cases provided by law.

2.2 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that his registration data (email address and password) do not become known to third parties. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of the Buyer's registration data falling into the hands of third parties through the fault of the Buyer himself.

2.3 The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by him. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of the provision of inaccurate data by the Buyer.

2.4 The Buyer undertakes to update his personal data on the kare website if the data specified during registration is no longer valid. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from the obsolescence or inaccuracy of the data provided by the Buyer.

2.5 In the event of an attempt on the part of the Buyer to sabotage or disrupt the activity of the online store kare.ee, or otherwise negatively influence it, by his actions or inaction, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or terminate the client's access to the site and refuse to continue to serve it.


3. Availability of goods, price and accuracy of information.

3.1 All prices on the kare website are indicated including VAT.

3.2 The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions and photographs. This information is provided by suppliers and / or manufacturers, and the Seller is not able to verify this information on a case-by-case basis. The pricing and product information on the kare website is subject to change. Changes are effective from the moment they are posted on the kare.ee website.

3.3 The availability and price of goods on the kare website may change.


4. Leasing

4.1 The buyer has the option to apply for a lease, that is, an installment plan to pay for purchases.

4.2 The seller is the intermediary of the leasing service of its partners. The Seller transfers the Buyer's application and additional documents to the partner, and also notifies the Buyer about the decision made by the partner. The seller does not comment on or substantiate negative decisions made by the partner.


5. Delivery of goods

5.1 The Buyer has the right to receive the goods at the Seller's store at Mahtra 50a, Tallinn, after the Buyer has received a notification from the Seller's representative about the arrival of the goods at the office.

5.2 At the request of the Buyer, delivery can be made through a courier. In this case, the shipping cost will be added to the amount payable.

NB! Before signing the delivery certificate to the courier, I strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the packaging of the goods. If the package is visibly damaged, you must immediately notify the courier. Visible damage must be immediately recorded in the presence of the courier (a free-form act that describes the existing damage or missing parts, if possible attach a photo). We reserve the right not to accept later claims.

5.3 The seller is not responsible for any possible delay in delivery of the goods and for the resulting damage.

5.4 Delivery times:
3-5 days if the goods are at the store's store;
4-6 weeks if the product needs to be ordered from the manufacturer.
